Behandlungsmöglichkeit

HAL-RAR Operation

HAL-RAR (Recto Anal Repair) sind minimal invasive Behandlungsmethoden bei Hämorrhoiden. Es wird nicht geschnitten (keine offenen Wunden) und daher können beide Methoden als schmerzarm bezeichnet werden.

 

Ein spezielles Instrument wird in den After eingeführt und an die Hämorrhoidalarterien herangeführt. Das Gerät lokalisiert mittels Ultraschall Doppler Sensor die blutführenden Arterien punktgenau und macht sie dem Chirurgen durch akustische Signale hörbar! Die Gefäße werden abgebunden (Ligatur). Dies geschieht in einer schmerzfreien Zone des Enddarmes. Dadurch sinkt die Blutzufuhr zu den Hämorrhoiden ab und der Druck in den Gefäßen lässt nach. Die Hämorrhoidalknoten werden deutlich kleiner und verschwinden nach einiger Zeit.

Laser Hemorrhoid Surgery (LHP)

Die innovative minimalinvasive Lasertherapie ermöglicht die schmerzarme Behandlung von Hämorrhoiden mittels Laserverödung. Der große Vorteil besteht darin, dass die Hämorrhoiden nicht wie üblich operativ entfernt werden.

In contrast to the conventional surgery of hemorrhoids, laser treatment is done without open wounds and this reduces the risk of infection and so it is painless.

Die moderne Lasertechnik erlaubt uns, große Krampfadern am Bein, in örtlicher Betäubung ohne Narkose mit exzellenten, ästhetischen Resultaten zu behandeln. 

It can be administered on outpatients in local anaesthesia. By laser surgery there is always an anesthesiologist present (standby).

The procedure takes about 30-40 minutes. Usually the patient can go back to his daily routines on the same day. Compressing stockings are recommended for 1 week. Also a thrombosis prophlyaxis should be taken for 5 days.

Mini-phlebectomy

Die Miniphlebektomie ist eine minichirurgische Seitenastentfernung und gilt als ein schonendes und kosmetisch anspruchsvolles Verfahren. Die Eingriffe können in lokaler Betäubung und ambulant durchgeführt werden. Die Krampfadern werden durch kleinste Einstiche mit dem Varadyhäkchen entfernt. Gesunde Venenanteile werden belassen. Hierdurch wird eine maximale Schonung des umliegenden Gewebes, der Lymphbahnen und Hautnerven erreicht. Eine Wiederaufnahme der Alltagsaktivitäten ist am nächsten Tag möglich.

Minifoam Sclerotherapy

Die Mikro-Schaumverödung ist eine erprobte Behandlung mit der sich störende Besenreiser und Mini-Krampfadern an den Beinen entfernen lassen. Der große Vorteil der Veinlite Technologie ist die gute Auffindbarkeit der oftmals mit dem Auge nicht sichtbaren Nährvenen, wodurch noch bessere Ergebnisse bei der Sklerotherapie von Besenreisern und retikuläre Venen erzielt werden können.

Bei der Mikro-Sklerotherapie wird ein Verödungsmittel verschäumt und anschließend mit einer sehr kleinen Kanüle in die Venen injiziert. Meistens müssen mehrere Behandlungssitzungen durchgeführt werden.
